We help purchasers select the best strategy, and should map out the plan before the purchaser’s name is placed on a letter of intent. Attorneys help with the closing details, but the Purchaser’s team of accounting, tax and finance people need to be ready to participate, armed with Aviation expertise, coordinated by someone who understands both IRS and FAA rules and enforcement policies.
