As I am sure you are aware, it was not uncommon back in 2006 to 2008 for 100% financing to be available.....in some cases 110% financing (for aircraft improvements after the sale).  In this environment, underwriting standards have changed significantly for the financial institutions, so it would be much more difficult.  Let&#039;s discuss this further privately.

I have a few available for him but he wans to see a financial product that will allow for 100% financing for $12mm. Do you know of a bank or financial instatution that will do that for him?
